Privacy, in plain language.
The connected backend stores account, workspace, tracking, and support data needed to provide the service.
Data location
Workspace records are owned by the backend configured for this deployment. The desktop keeps only the local queue and short-lived session credentials needed to sync work.
Connected features
Password recovery, employee invitations, contact requests, settings, reports, and downloads use backend-owned flows. Ask the workspace administrator about retention and access.
Analytics and cookies
With your permission, public pages load Google Analytics to help us understand which pages and actions are useful. The site stores your analytics choice in your browser; declining prevents analytics from loading. Contact-form conversion events are sent only after analytics is enabled.
Crash reports
When the web app, desktop companion, or API crashes, we send a diagnostic report to Sentry so we can fix the issue. That report can include the error message, stack trace, app version, operating system, and your account id and email. It does not include keystrokes, screenshot images, passwords, or request bodies. You can review recent crash reports on My account and in desktop Settings.
Your choices
Use the account and workspace controls to update your profile, settings, and team access. Contact support for deployment-specific privacy questions.
